Thick Palo Santo chips are small, chunky pieces of wood with a rich and earthy scent with sweet, woody notes. Simply place a small amount of chips in a heatproof bowl and light until there is a small flame. After the flame goes out, the chips will smolder and produce a fragrant smoke.
